Reduces volume to accommodate narrow or slim feet. Use in conjunction with 2.5 or 5mm footbeds

These can be used in any make of boot and are just easily inserted underneath the boot or shoe footbed and it reduces the space inside the boot or shoe.  It effectively gives you the flexibility to adjust the boots volume by up to half a uk size.
