DELIVERY INFORMATION

We value your business and endeavour to have all orders processed within 24 hours of receiving them, if there is going to be a delay we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation.  We do not take payments for any goods until they are dispatched to you.

BCH Camping & Leisure use Royal Mail and FED EX Parcel services to dispatch goods to customers.  We will use the most appropriate service available for the goods being dispatched these services normally require a signature on receipt of the package(s).  We reserve the right to use alternative methods at our discretion.  Normal delivery days are Monday – Friday.  Our current website carriage charges are based on weight and volume

Larger- Heavy items	£8.00
Next day	£10.00

Large items over 10kg in weight will be charged at cost and will be Notified to the customer prior to dispatch.

Carriage charges may change at our discretion but will be listed here and will be shown at the time any order is placed online.  Please note we cannot send gas containers or fuel.
