GORE-TEX Pro

The Alpine Resolve is a technical GORE-TEX Pro jacket. GORE-TEX Pro provides the following benefits:

• Completely windproof
• Long-lasting protection, even in the most extreme conditions
• More stretch for greater freedom of movement
• Environmentally friendly. GORE-TEX Pro products have recycled and solution-dyed textiles that reduce water usage and CO2 emissions.

In the Montane Alpine Resolve, the main body of the jacket is made with 40 Denier GORE-TEX Pro, with a 100% recycled nylon face. There is also heavy duty 80 Denier GORE-TEX Pro reinforcing the shoulders, hips and elbows. This is particularly beneficial in avoiding abrasion from rubbing rucksack straps.

Pockets for every need

There are two map-sized pockets on the sides of the jacket offering plenty of room and the convenience of not having to retrieve a map from a rucksack. There is also a large chest pocket for any essentials. All these external pockets have a water-repellent YKK AQUAGUARD® VISLON® zip, providing enhanced water resistance to protect the contents. Finally, there is an internal mesh drop pocket for any other items that need to be kept within easy reach while walking.
