Creamy porridge oats with succulent blueberries - High Energy Serving (800+ kcal per meal)
INGREDIENTS: Whole Milk, Cream (Milk), Porridge Oats (17%), Sugar, Blueberries (3%).
ALLERGEN Information: Contains Milk, Cream, Gluten from Oats.
PREPARATION: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 440ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate.
REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
* The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
We use Royal Mail and DPD Parcel services to dispatch goods to customers. We will use the most appropriate service available for the goods being dispatched these services normally require a signature on receipt of the package(s). We reserve the right to use alternative methods at our discretion.
Normal delivery days are Monday – Friday. Orders are delivered within 3-5days using our normal delivery service. Next day delivery is available at additional cost. Orders received before 12pm can be processed for next day delivery we will telephone you if this service is not achievable for your particular order. Our current website carriage charges are based on order value.
