MAIL ORDER GUARANTEE

Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in an unused condition with their original packaging within 60 days of receipt.  Please note that any special order items that are not normally held in our stock and have been specifically ordered for a customer are not subject to our 60 day return policy, this information will be explained at the time of your order.  Goods will be exchanged or refunded free post if the mistake is ours, otherwise post and packing will be charged at cost.

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN WORN OR USED.  IN PARTICULAR THIS MEANS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED TENTS THAT HAVE BEEN PITCHED, EVEN INDOORS, AS THIS RENDERS THEM SECOND-HAND AND UNSELLABLE.

Please return your item to the Trowbridge address shown on the returns form that was sent out with your item. Please fill in that form in full so that we can action your request ASAP.
