When the tent becomes wet it contracts to make the entire structure more sturdy, instead of becoming floppy like older style polyester tents. The soft touch TC fabric is also more durable than polyester.

AirBeam technology

Fully sewn-in groundsheet

TBSII Tension Band System

When under tension, the bands of the TBSII Tension Band System brace the AirBeam poles at three points to minimise sideways movement. The system can be adjusted to remove or provide slack. It can also be detached when the weather is calm and the system isn’t needed. It is important not to over-tension the bands as this could cause the poles to deform.

Mesh doors

The living room doors have integrated mesh panels that facilitate airflow into the tent while also keeping bugs out.
