The NEBO Galileo Air 1000 is a rechargeable lantern that combines clever engineering with practical camping features.
Its collapsible design collapses down for easy packing, then expands to deliver full 360° lighting at up to 1000 lumens—perfect for illuminating your campsite or tent. What sets this lantern apart is its versatile lighting modes. Beyond bright white light, you get a red mode that preserves night vision, helps with reading in low light, and keeps mosquitoes at bay since they're less attracted to red wavelengths. Both white and red strobe modes are included for emergencies or signalling.
Control is simple: an orange push button on the base cycles through brightness levels and colours. Hold it down from off to jump straight to red mode and preserve your night vision. Double-press to activate strobe effects.
The built-in lithium polymer battery charges via USB-C in around 2 hours and doubles as a power bank—use the USB-A port to charge your phone or other devices when you're away from mains power. A battery indicator light shows charge status at a glance. A hidden carry handle lets you hang it up or transport it easily.
Compact, versatile, and genuinely useful for camping, hiking, or emergency preparedness. Note: Your lantern arrives in demo mode and will only stay on for 10 seconds. Charge it fully via USB-C, disconnect, and it'll switch to normal operation.
