What is the men's Mountain Equipment Lhotse Jacket?
The men's Lhotse Jacket is Mountain Equipment's biggest selling technical jacket and one of our best sellers too. Made using 100% waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex Pro, the Lhotse is designed for the very worst weather, and the most rugged of environments.
We often describe the Lhotse as like wearing a tank as far as keeping the weather out goes. Don't be decieved into thinking that it makes the jacket heavy though - it isn't; it only ways in at 510g, which is nothing for a jacket this tough. The Lhotse is reinforced on areas prone to wear such as the shoulders and the inner arm.
So if you need a jacket that you can wear on top of a Munro, whilst it's blowing a hoolie and lashing down from all angles, then the Lhotse is the one for you.
