The women's Nanda Devi Insulated Jacket is engineered for serious winter adventurers who refuse to compromise between protection and performance. Built as a hybrid system, it marries a robust 2-layer GORE-TEX 75 Denier shell with 80g/m² POLARLOFT synthetic insulation—delivering waterproof, breathable defence without the bulk or drying time of down.
POLARLOFT retains warmth even when saturated, drying significantly faster than natural fill. This makes it ideal for Scottish hill walking, winter sports, and British alpine conditions where wet cold is the norm. The insulation works in concert with the GORE-TEX membrane to regulate temperature and moisture, keeping you warm and dry from dawn to dusk.
The Mountain fit is purpose-built: enough room for layering freedom and unrestricted movement, but trimmed enough to avoid excess fabric when pace matters. The insulated hood sheds wind-driven snow and rain with authority, whilst pit zips offer emergency ventilation as exertion or milder spells kick in. Two generously sized hand pockets and an internal security pocket keep essentials close—maps, keys, energy bars. Every detail serves function.
