The women's Rab Valiance Parka combines premium 700 fill-power down in low-bulk stitch-through baffles with 2-layer Pertex® Shield fabric—waterproof, windproof, and engineered to shed moisture while trapping heat on wild winter hikes.
A welcome sanctuary from lashing rain, or a flurry of snow, this warm and waterproof down parka is crafted for everyday outdoor use throughout the coldest months. What's better than knowing that your parka is not only going to keep out the freezing cold, but also keep 100%dry too.
Built for durability and warmth, this jacket prioritizes longevity without compromise. A cosy synthetic-insulated neck baffle traps warmth at your core, while a two-point adjustable hood lets you dial in the perfect fit when conditions turn harsh. The longer, mid-thigh cut and regular silhouette sit comfortably over base layers and mid layers, giving you the freedom to layer for any temperature swing.
Practical details matter on the hill. Two zipped hand pockets with baffles keep your hands warm and dry, while an internal zipped security pocket stashes essentials. Close-fitting inner cuffs seal out drafts and prevent snow creep, adding another layer of protection on exposed ridges and winter camps.
Galaxy Blue finish offers timeless versatility across your winter wardrobe. Whether you're heading out for a day traverse or settling in at base camp, the Valiance delivers reassuring protection beneath the darkest, coldest skies.
